JLL Next Campaign
At Frey Design we were selected by JLL to work on many projects including these Next Campaign brochures. The Next Campaign is a series of annual reports on several industrial hotspots across the midwest. I started with three cities that would eventually be templates for other designers to use to expand the campaign. The three I chose ranged vastly in amount and type of content needed so I thought they would be great to cover our bases in testing to streamline all booklets that will need to be made.

Here are some spreads of the Cleveland, Ohio report. JLL’s branding is simple but beautiful. Their brand elements like the red italic typeface and gorgeous black and white imagery makes it easy to start imagining each page of the report like a sophisticated storytelling magazine. This was accompanied by cohesive and detailed infographics that took on many forms.
