Balanced, flavorful, and sustainable; Pono Ono Poke brings authentic Hawaiian flavors to Evanston. The industrial-chic tropical cafe offers customized, seasoned raw fish bowls & hot chicken options using sustainable ingredients. The owner, Jack DeMar, came to us with a vision and gusto for a revolutionary "good vibes only" concept for his restaurant. We worked closely on moodboards and inspiration, partnered with writers to find just the right voice for his brand, and delivered 3 equally righteous visual concepts that tested the waters on sustainable packaging, environmental graphics, menu systems, and light activation across print and digital.
